Changelog

Release notes, newest first.

Files are easier to find on tasks and projects.

  • On the web, Files sit above Comments on a task, and projects have a Files tab.
  • On the phone, task detail follows the same hierarchy with a quieter Files block.
  • Choosing a file opens the system picker once; cancel and try again works cleanly.

The phone app is a client for workspaces you already belong to. It does not create one.

  • Sign-up on the phone still makes a personal login. It does not start a trial or a subscription.
  • If you have no workspace, an administrator has to invite you. That screen offers sign out and account deletion, nothing else.
  • Delete account is also on More.

Switch workspaces from the sidebar. Taktia remembers the last one you used.

  • Accept an invite while signing up and you land in that workspace.
  • Owners can pass the team to someone else, then leave.
  • Delete your account from the user menu, or from More on the phone.
  • Owners can delete a workspace from Settings → General.
  • Invite and member actions only show if your role can use them.
  • After you sign in on the phone, you go to Today.
  • Need help? Email info@taktia.app from the new Support page.

Forgot your password? Request a reset from the web or the app. The email link opens on the web and signs you out of other devices.

  • Sign-in and sign-up on the web now show the Taktia mark.
  • The mobile app locks when you come back, so the board is not left sitting open.
  • Prices on the site and in billing match what you pay at checkout.
  • After you subscribe, billing updates on its own instead of staying on Trial.
  • Cancel or resend a pending invitation from Team settings.

2026-08-15

The full web app now works on a phone. Boards, the task list, and the month calendar wrap and scroll instead of overflowing.

  • After you invite someone, copy the link or email it from the pending list.
  • Opening a task no longer crashes, and dates follow your language.
  • On iOS and Android, sheets stay above the keyboard so you can keep typing.
  • The iPad app rotates to landscape. iPhone stays portrait.
